Please note that all delegates are required to pay Italian VAT on the registration fee (22%). If you are from a country in the EU area, kindly contact your tax authority for more information on VAT refunds.

Invoices should be requested to the Secretariat if this is needed in order to pay the registration fees.

Registration Conditions:

ECCOMAS, IACM members will have a deduction on the delegates fees upon membership confirmation. People interested in joining the associations are invited to visit their website for further information.

Delegate/ECCOMAS/IACM Registration include: Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, Reception and Banquet.

Student registration: Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches and Reception. Please note that student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a document from their University/Research organization stating that the attendee is a full time undergraduate or PhD student.

Each individual registration allows the inclusion in the technical program of one abstract to be presented by the registered participant.

Inclusion of accepted abstracts in the technical program will be confirmed upon payment of the registration fee by at least one of the authors within June 2, 2023.

Payment confirmation notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.

Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 130 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before July 31, 2023. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
